You must be a church, not a person. By registering for and using our Services, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
Our Services are provided on a subscription basis. Your church must purchase a subscription after a free trial of 30 days. Details regarding subscription pricing, duration, and features will be provided at the time of purchase.
Churches will be required to create an account to access our Services. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and to maintain the security of your account. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
Subscription fees are due at the beginning of each subscription period. You agree to pay all applicable fees as described when you subscribe to our Services.
We accept esewa, fon pay. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for all applicable subscription fees.
Failure to pay subscription fees when due may result in the suspension or termination of your access to our Services.
The church retains ownership of all data, including member information, uploaded to the platform. By using our Services, you grant us a license to process and store this data to provide our Services.
Churches are responsible for ensuring that they have the legal right to collect, process, and store member information on our platform. This includes obtaining all necessary consents from members and complying with all applicable data protection laws.
We take data security seriously and implement appropriate measures to protect church and member information. However, churches are responsible for maintaining their own data backups and ensuring their data practices comply with legal requirements.

All content and materials provided through our Services, including software, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our content or materials without our express written permission.
You may terminate your subscription at any time by providing written notice. However, no refunds will be issued for any unused portion of your subscription.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms or failure to pay subscription fees.
